Photographs will be a representative of the actual cattle of each lot. The stock will be offered at a price excluding GST.

Ticky area Livestock sold to Tick free areas will be guaranteed by vendors at his risk until such time the animals are freed by the Department of Primary Industries or their representative to a Tick free area. That is that the Vendor will be responsible for all subsequent dipping,feeding, husbandry and other costs incurred.

Change of ownership in a liveweight sale will occur as the livestock walk from the liveweight scales, the vendor will pay the scale fees, unless was previously negotiated.
